Christmas Services

A quite prayerful worship time

7 December 2019 at 5.30 pm

Taize Service

During Advent we prepare for the celebration of Christmas we reflect on lives and acknowledge our need for God’s help.

14 December at 5.30 pm

Service of Penitence

A wonderful Advent service with the choir leading the carols. All are welcome. 

15 December at 5.30 pm

Advent Carol Service

At St Thomas’ we have a number of worship opportunities to celebrate Christmas. The first a special family service at 6.00 pm on Tuesday 24 December.


We invite children join in the celebrations by dressing as angels, shepherds or kings. Arrive at 5.30 pm for refreshments and craft activities before the service. Children will receive a Christmas story book and candy cane.

Parking is  available in the Data 3 car park which is next to the church in High Street.

Ecumenical Social Justice  Group

An ecumenical initiative designed to provide a welcome space for anyone to drop in for a chat and something to eat.
